Bedroom 3 features a Full/Full bunk bed in a Toy Story themed suite, while Bedroom 4 offers a Jurassic Park themed room with Twin/Twin bunk beds and a shared bathroom with Bedroom 5. Bedroom 5 has a King Bed and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4. Bedroom 6 offers a Full/Full bunk bed in a Soccer themed room with an outside bathroom. Bedroom 7 is another Princess themed room with Twin/Twin bunk beds and its own outside bathroom. Finally, Bedroom 8 is another King Suite with its own private bathroom. Beyond the bedrooms, this property boasts a Jurassic Park movie theater, a Mario game room, and a large pool, ensuring endless entertainment for all ages. This villa comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests, making it a perfect choice for your next getaway!

This is a self-catering property. Initial starter supplies are provided, including:

-One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
-One paper towel roll
-Trash bags
-Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner)
-Dishwashing supplies
-No food or seasoning items are provided.

Housekeeping

-NO daily housekeeping service is included
-The property is professionally cleaned prior to check-in
-Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee ($270)

-USPS does NOT deliver to vacation homes -Only UPS, FedEx, and DHL are recommended
-Some resorts may charge handling fees or decline deliveries

Pool Heating Important

-$35 per day (minimum of 2 days) -Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
-Maximum temperature: 95°F
-The spa is NOT a jacuzzi and heats only with the pool
-Heating performance may be affected by cold weather; refunds are not provided in such cases
