Location was good - Stay was not what we expected
First of all they wouldn't communicate with us through VRBO. Only via text message once I called them. Got a code to enter the day before but it didn't work so we were sitting outside for 15 minutes with 4 crabby little ones waiting for them to try and figure it out.
They left a number of paint cans and containers on the floor in the kitchen closet where the kids could have gotten into them, thankfully we found them first.
Its not obvious in the listing but they charge you $120 for use of the grill and $20 a day for heat for the pool/hot tub. They also don't tell you that you have to commit to it ahead of time. The $20 wouldn't be that big of a deal but during our 3 days they couldn't get the hot tub heat working which was a big disappointment. Their ad also listed that there are cabana's to use at the main waterpark but don't tell you they want to charge $295 a day for them.
Everything in the house squeaked. The chairs squeaked, the doors squeaked, the beds squeaked. The doors were so loud we had to leave them open to the kids rooms because it would wake them up when we closed them.
All of the sheets/towels were low quality although they did seem clean.
The lounge chairs by the pool were not on property and the play room looks quite different as its the garage and has the garage door showing, not the wall with artwork like in the picture.
The owner of the property did resolve the overall stay issues which was positive.
