We enjoyed our stay and our host was very much available and helpful.
It's difficult to accurately rate the property because althought the resort was very nice, our condo is getting dated, but with great potential. It was clean, stocked and had most things you need. However, the furnishings need updating and an extra arm chair or 2 would be nice. An opportunity missed is not having the patio cleaned and weeded and usable. Also, the host should recommend the owner remove or completely seal off the old hot tub as well. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. The fire alarm sensor was beeping for 4 days before being fixed and the AC was not working for 5 days before service. Our host stayed in touch every day but that doesn't solve the maintenance problems. The AC repairman was exceptional, but preventative maintenance was all that's needed to avoid these things.
Having said that, we were still comfortable and we still had a good stay and hope the owner will heed our suggestions.
All and all we might consider staying there again, but not at those prices and not if it's not updated.
