!!!Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months)!!! Welcome to this brand new modern villa that is located in the new subdivision of Hidden Forest, only 15 min from Disney and 5 min from all stores (Walmart nearby) and all main restaurant chains. You will LOVE to see the conservation from the patio area and even the kitchen. The property sits on a corner lot and you can enjoy the water views on both sides. It is really breathtaking!! Entire house has been upgraded with hardwood/tile flooring! The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, pots and pans, fridge, microwave, oven, stove...). All 4 bedrooms have smart tv's with cable. The bedroom downtairs has an ensuite (shower). Upstairs: The master (king) has an ensuite too (shower). The two other bedrooms share a bathroom (bathtub). You can access the pool area from the beautiful sliding doors. There is a queen bedroom downstairs with ensuite. Upstairs you will enjoy the huge master bedroom (king with ensuite) and the beautiful yellow theme twin bedroom with ensuite (two twin beds). Your reservation also gives you complimentary access to the clubhouse (gym, heated pool and spa, kids playground, game room). Book it or you may lose it. This property is going to be extremely popular. *Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.* *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Comfortable, beautyfull and clean home

Without a doubt one of the cleanest vrbo i have been in. House is pretty and everything looks brand new. It is not really close to the parks but you have everything you need near (restaurant farmacy groceries etc)

Felt like we were first to stay everything was new, fresh, clean. Furniture, appliances, decor was above standards. Area is new construction so getting there was a bit challenging arriving at night. I had communication issues with property management. Most of the time I communicated with voicemail which was disappointing. All worked out in the end but at the time was stressful.

Beautiful townhome

The townhome is beautiful and new. The layout is perfect for families. Having a small private pool is such a great feature. We would love to stay again. If the owner could possibly have a gate for the stairs that would be awesome. The cleaners need to do better with the floors but overall it was very clean otherwise.

We booked this townhome for our trip to Universal/Disney. It's hard to judge how far a property is from the theme parks, and this one was a bit further away than we liked, but wasn't anything outrageous. It was about 45m-1hour to Universal and about 30-45m to Disney depending on traffic. Location was nice, very peaceful, however, it was located in the back of a community with only one way in/out. Pros: Clean house, clear instructions, comfy beds, easy check-in. Cons: Cheap toilet paper (we had to run out and buy our own), some towels smelled a bit musty/moldy (definitely need to change some out, but I brought my own). Since it's a property management company communication isn't as quick as when you deal with a person who only rents one property and in turn we ended up not having the pool heated all the days we had wished. Also, could have used more amenities for cooking, the kitchen options are very sparse/basic. Overall it was a nice and we enjoyed our time in South Fl.

clean, comfortable and newly build condo.

Really nice home. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Comfortable beds. A few additions would be nice. Small chairs in bedrooms for sitting and reading. One additional chair in living room. At least one safety bar in bath with soaking tub. Helps those of us over 70. A place (perhaps a small shelf) to put a bar of soap in both the walk-in showers and the bath. Rubber mat for bathtub. Neighborhood is nice to walk in, lots of ponds nearby. Feels safe and secure. Well worth the money, close to most everything.
