The stay was a great experience. The house was super clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Had access to the clubhouses and enjoyed the lazy river and pools. The host was very responsive and made the stay super easy.

Everything was clean and neat. It was extremely spacious and the neighborhood was safe pet friendly I wish I could live there forever. The pool was nice. Rooms were very spacious. We had a great time.

Beautiful house and very well maintained! Perfect for large families or multiple families traveling together! House has everything you need to cook with and enjoy your vacation! Great community and very friendly! Communication was outstanding with very quick responses to any question or need! Will absolutely book again when we come back!

What a wonderful place with all the amenities we needed and everything is so close. The golf course was spectacular, and the clubhouse and pools were great. We will definitely be staying here again next year.

We loved the heated pool and the themed rooms. Huge kitchen but very minimally stocked. The rugs in the living room and game area have seen better days. Obvious pet stains in both. Management company is very fast to respond to emails, which I appreciated.

Kemiah's Sweet 16

Had a blast celebrating Kemiahs Sweet 16 and Mikaehs graduation! The host was quick to respond with any concerns. House was spacious and very attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend!

Clean house, family friendly, carpets were run down, could tell they have been used to where the floor pads are flat. There were some minor knicks and marks on the floors, walls, and doors. Having a pool attached was great for the kids when trying to lay low for the evening, as well as had an on-site water park. Biggest concern was delay in getting maintenance team out, first to fix the recurrent breaking of a freezer door handle, and then the lock on the second sliding door. Hosts were very responsive otherwise and helpful. Overall would recommend, realizing you are going into an area that sees high traffic.

Champions Gate Home

The six bedroom five bathroom home we stayed at, and ChampionsGate was very nice. Our youngest granddaughter loved the Brave inspired room, and our oldest granddaughter loved the Harry Potter inspired room. Overall, the house was very and was very up-to-date with all the modern amenities you would want. The only small thing that I noticed that I would fix would be some of the scuff marks on the walls by just repainting or touching them up. Overall, I was very pleased with the house and the concierge service. Hope to get to stay down there again in the near future.

Beautiful kitchen & enough space for visit

The kitchen was my main focus. It was beautiful and perfect. Not enough pots and pans. But i made it work. I loved the bathroom downstairs, since my knee replacement I can't climb steps much. Just wish the bathroom was a walk in shower in stead of the tub. But i made it work and it doesn't take any stars away from my stay. I will return. It was nice have a pool at the house as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay for me and my family and being all that was advertised.

Dirty when we arrived clean when we left still charged extra fees

When we arrived we found a bunch of things wrong. Clumps of hair. Dirt and trash in the pool. The fridge handle was broken. But we didn't care.We were just happy to be there so we spent our time getting settled and trying to relax. On the second day we all talked about the issues and decided to call to get them resolved at the very least so they wouldnt think it was us that did these things and they were responsive and promptly sent people to clean the pool and fix the fridge but didn't fix the urine smell in my bed that i reported. The day before checkout my best friend's wife cleaned alot as they were leaving earlier and my wife cleaned alot so as not to leave the place in a state as in which we found it. A week or so after they reported stained sheets and excessive hair on the floor 300 extra charges which im not paying because we are not going to put so much effort into cleaning up after ourselves and then still get charges. The house was nice but the cleaning was a racket.
