This is a great place, our guests have confirmed it. Located in Championsgate,
20 minutes from Disney parks and attractions. 1 hour from the beautiful beaches of TAMPA, 5 minutes from restaurants, supermarkets and shopping. 3 BDR, 2,5 BTHR, Spacious house, fully equipped kitchen, located within a community with a Resort, Water Park for children, golf, beach volleyball, Gym. You will have a BEAUTIFUL view of the lake and the landscape, it gives you a feeling of peace and tranquility. Around pedestrian paths where you can be closer to nature. Quiet and safe area.

Great stay!

Excellent place to stay! Super clean, comfortable and great communication with owner. HUGE bathroom. Accommodating to my very late check in, complete with soothing music and cookies! Thank you so much for making my quick trip so easy.

Perfect Overnight

This was a bit of an odd stay in that we needed one night on Friday and then to return on Monday night to allow us more travel time. We only checked in long enough to shower and sleep but the space was incredible. Each stay was a relief. The beds were so comfortable. My 8yo daughter was comfortable enough in the space that she slept alone in the bed next to us. The room smelled amazing! Not sure what the scent was but I wanted to ask 😳. The bathroom is huge and I appreciated the commode being separated for privacy. For each stay, the owner had relaxing music playing upon our arrival. The second stay, we enjoyed cookies from Panera Bread! I was extremely grateful for the bottles of water in the fridge as we usually pack water but were too tired to carry everything in for just a few hours sleep. We didn’t get a chance to use the small kitchen but it appeared to have everything we needed. Unfortunately, I don’t foresee visiting this area again in the near future but if the occasion arises, we will certainly look to stay here again. Thank you!!!

Exceeded expectations!

Property owner promptly answered all questions leading up to our stay. A flight delay had us coming in past midnight - no worries, the owner texted us at the airport to let us know everything was ready for us. Arrived to a wonderful unit! Very clean many thoughtful touches, e.g., small welcome basket, water in the fridge, and scones for breakfast. Much bigger than a hotel room, with a kitchen attached. Beds were great, bathroom was huge ... and the walk-in closet was awesome! Able to park right out front. Pool, mini-golf, volleyball were a 2 minute drive. We had a conference at a nearby luxury hotel and this option saved us a ton of money (And was just as nice with more space). Can't say enough good things about this property - highly recommend! Thank you, Lyda!
