The house was beautiful. The booking process was terrible having to call multiple times to speak with representatives. I was very unhappy with the ac box being locked and I had to call for the code. The check in/out instructions were not clear. I was not multiple times during the night because the a/c would cut off.

I rented the home for the pool area and it was very nasty. The floor was stained with black spots that needed mopping. The patio floor needed a broom and a mop. Spider webs were not taken down. This home does not need carpet if they are not going to clean it, carpet is throughout the house and it is dark in the walk areas. They only give you one towel per bed, no wash cloths or hand towels. Each bathroom has one hand towel on the sink with soap and makeup wipe.They do not provide stoppers for the sink for dishes nor any type of dish soap. The communication between the owner sucks really bad do not expect to email or talk to them through the vrbo app, two weeks and no answer. The wrong door code was given and we were all left to stand on a cramped porch for almost 2hrs till vrbo contacted the owner to let them know we couldn't get in. After we arrived at the property 45 mins early and was told we had to wait till 4pm. We did not use their silverware or dishes. Just make sure you bring everything you need at home because this house has nothing. And just a FYI the AC box is locked and the temperature is set at 72 so bring blankets from home. This was a stay from hellllllllllll!!!!

Amazing Florida Family House

This house was so spacious and modern for the entire family. The pool table garage, pool, jacuzzi, spacious deck, and double living room ensured there was enough fun and room for a family of 10 to enjoy their Florida vacation. The Checkin process and communication was clear and easy.

Perfect place for our party of 6 for Orlando golf trip. Very spacious and clean. Close to all the golf courses. 6br was perfect so everyone got their own room. Great second floor tv area (unfortunately WiFi was not working). Would definitely stay again.

Lovely home I sent a couple messages about the WiFi without getting a response but we did not have internet for the length of our stay so we could only watch TV in the living room and the kids could not do their homeschoolingThe home and pool was very nice

Family Vacation

Overall the experience was good. One of the reasons we booked this VRBO was because there was a basketball hoop in the pool for the kids, however when we got there there was no hoop. We were told the pictures needed to be updated because there was no longer a hoop. The washing machine broke while we were there causing the hose to detach and water to leak through the floor into the first level. Maintenance was able to come in a timely manner. The Wi-Fi worked on and off so there were times we couldn’t watch TV when we wanted and a WiFi failure alarm would go off on the security system. The stove would been off with an error message for hours after we were done using it, which was never looked into even though we notified maintenance. Overall the house was clean, however the floors needed a deep cleaning. Messages through the VRBO app to the host were not answered during our stay.

Perfect for our family!

We booked this home last minute, as we needed a little getaway with the family! Such an amazing experience! The house was everything we were looking for. I’m a clean freak and this totally met my standards! We asked for the pool to be heated and it felt like bath water and was super clean! The neighborhood was great! Check in was extremely easy (even at 5am after a bunch of flight delays). The kids cried the morning we were leaving because they didn’t want to leave the house! The perfect spot to unwind with your family and refill your cup!

The home is just beautiful! The upstairs tv area was so nice to sit and just watch a movie. The hot tub and pool were great for relaxing after a day out walking around. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

This home is great a glance but the bathrooms have the worst shower heads and aren’t great. They don’t allow you to control the thermostat…which proves to be awful for us as it wasn’t working correctly when we got there after being fixed and locked back up we couldn’t make adjustments. The garbage rules are wild for the price so instead we just took all of our garbage with us. There’s many small things damaged I took lots of videos and pics as I wanted to be sure I got my deposit back. The outside space was the best part of the home as far as quality
