Pool |
• Private pool and deck are accessed from the kitchen and master bedroom. The pool in the backyard is completely fenced in for your privacy.
• The pool filter is set to run from 9am to 7pm. You can use the pool at night but we ask guests to keep the noise level down for our neighbors.
• The pool’s spa is not a hot tub. It will be at the same temperature as the pool. When the filter is not running it will be empty as the water flows through it.

No carpets in the entire home allowing for a thorough clean after each stay.

➊ Pool Heating | If you are staying during the winter/colder months (December - March), please read the following pool heating option:
★ $30 per day (minimum of 3 days)

➋ BBQ Grill | $80 fee to use a 3 burner BBQ grill (up to 7 days). Additional days are $5 per day. It will be delivered by a rental company in the backyard.

➌ Pet | ★If you pay pet fees at the time of your booking no additional charge will be requested★ Please read the following pet policy:

Only dogs are allowed. No Cats or other animals. Dogs up to 30 Ibs and max of 2 pets are welcome at our home. The pet fee is $80 per pet for the entire stay. Pets must be declared and approved before checking in. Please provide breed, size and weight. Pets that shed a lot of hair will not be approved. Failure to notify us of a pet could result in the request to vacate the house immediately without a refund, plus fees for any damage and/or extra cleaning. Your fur friends must stay off the furniture and beds at all times.

➍ Baby Equipment | Guests must request a pack n play prior to check-in. Otherwise, guests should rent it from a rental company (babyquip).

POOL HEATING:
The pool water heater runs at the same time as the pool pump filter. During cold nights, the pool water may feel colder in the morning and possibly early afternoon. As the day goes by, the heater will heat the water, but it will not turn the pool into a hot tub. It simply heats the water enough to make it usable. Similarly, the pool’s spa will not heat up like a jacuzzi. During very cold days, it is possible that the water may not reach your desire temperature. Please take this into consideration as we cannot refund the pool heating fees. The weather is out of our control.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
• 1 Dish Sponge
• 1 Paper Towel
• 1 Dish detergent
• 5 Extra Trash Bags
• 1 Toilet Paper Roll Per Bath
• 5 Dish Washing Capsules In The Kitchen
• Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner per Bath
• Please stop by the nearest Supermarket (Target/Walmart) to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

CLEANING FEE:
The cleaning fee only includes the basic cleaning of the house. Please make every effort to leave the house as you found it (plus normal wear and tear). Our cleaning team will charge an additional fee which we’ll have to pass to you for any of the following:
• Stained towels, bedsheets, bed and duvet covers, walls, furniture, or other items
• Garbage pickup (garbage that is outside the trash can or trash bag)
• Pet hair, urine, or waste
• Liquid or food spills
• Any additional cleaning or treatment which delays the normal turnover of the house

Note** Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our house's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Our strict quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.

Parking |
- There is parking on the driveway for 2 cars and the garage.
- Do not park the car on the street, grass or sidewalk at any time. Cars may be towed by sheriff or fined.

Kitchen |
- Full access to kitchen / oven / microwave / refrigerator / dishwasher / coffee maker & toaster
- As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. - All food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no food/coffee will be provided prior to check in.

Bathroom |
- Shampoo, conditioner and body wash
- Guests are responsible for their toiletries for the duration of their stay
★★ Please report any leaks or plumbing problems to host immediately, so they can be repaired ★★

Housekeeping |
- No daily housekeeping service. Before check-in, the house will be thoroughly cleaned.
- Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

Trash Pickup |
- Regular garbage collection on every Thursday morning, please place the regular trash bin by the curbside Wednesday Night.
- Recycle collection on every Wednesday morning, please place the recycle bin by the curbside Tuesday night.
- No trash or recycling containers may be out except for scheduled pickup days.
- Return containers in the backyard.
