The single story house is very spacious with brand new upgraded open kitchen

We won`t meet in person to exchange keys, but full instructions will be given the day before check in.

Our quiet neighborhood offers the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. Our garage is used to store private personal items so it won`t be accessible for guest use.

For safety and security purpose, we have a video doorbell and security camera for the backyard and pool area.

Pool heater is available for additional fee of $50 per day.
