The space
Come stay in our spacious two stories single family home that features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms fully kitchen and a private heated pool(*).

Our home is very well located in Lake Berkley Resort with short walking distance to the Lake Berkley, where you may walking or fishing. There are also community heated pool, gym, volley court, basketball tennis court and kids playground.

Our home is what you needed:

-> The living room is spacious with a 3 seats sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the 40 inch SMART TV. This area opens to the partially covered and fully screened lanai and pool area. Lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida sun.

-> Dining table seats 8 . If you feel like cooking the beautiful fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.

-> Laundry room with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Iron table and clothesline.

-> This family friendly home also offers free WIFI.

BEDROOMS:

Master Suite - King size bed, 32 inch TV, Closet and private bathroom with shower room.

Queen Bedroom - Queen size bed, TV.

Second Floor

Lake Berkley is a beautifully maintained resort just minutes from the excitement of all Orlando attractions and theme parks such as Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World.

Resort facilities include:
Gated entrance with 24 hour security
Club house with fitness center, floodlit tennis courts, heated community pool, hot tub, children splash area. Natural spring fed lake, small sandy beach area, fishing dock, boardwalk, nature trail, volley ball court.

BBQ: $80 per week with one propane tank included. Must be requested one day in advance.

Pool Heater: $35/day. Must be requested one day in advance.

Reservation cancelled 16 hrs before check-in

The host was none responsive leading up to reservation, didn’t answer messages or phone calls and then cancelled reservation 16 hrs before check-in saying there was an issue with the property, but no further explanation. Terrible experience with host and VRBO.

Needs updated listing

The listing i booked showed a bedroom with bunks. It also states sleeps 12. It does not mention that it has been remodeled and the bunks are no longer there. Thank goodness my 11 year old grandson didnt mind sleeping on a couch. The dishwashers plumbing is hooked up wrong. Only cold water so it didnt wash even the butter off knives. There are no brooms to sweep. We found a vacuum that was so packed with dirt it didnt suck up anything. My husband and daughter took it apart and cleaned it so we could clean floors. You are given 1 dish towel for the week and one disposable cloth to do dishes. We went and bought dish rags since the dishwasher doesnt wash. I did contact host no response. I also decided we might want the pool heated since the weather wasnt so warm. The host came back with a charge of 40 per day. The original listing says 35. I have screen shot pictures of the listing showi g the bunk beds and the price of heated pool. There are pieces of extra trim that have not been installed laying in one bedroom and propped up against the refrigerator. There was not a light bulb in upstairs bedroom lamp and no extras for us to put in Cosmetically the home looks beautiful. The upgrades are nice. I wish they would update their listing. n
