There aren't enough characters, so I will get to the point. Literally everything was dirty. Sheets and towels with hair on them, hair wads in the carpets, literal trash and food pieces under the furniture, sinks that don't drain well, a toilet that ran the entire time, countertop appliances covered in food and crusty white residue, tubs and showers full of hair and dirt. The washer didn't work for us to wash anything ourselves. The first night the property manager came out and said they would send someone out later that night, which they didn't. My texts and calls were ignored all the next day until I directly called VRBO, and then I was told someone came out and the washer was new and working. They came while we were gone and only the sheets/towels had been cleaned. Everything else remained disgusting, even though the PM assured me the house was cleaned. The washer still didn't work for us to wash anything until we adjusted it ourselves. We tried calling again, no answer. At almost 11pm the PM called and assured us the house was clean even though we were standing in the disgusting house as she said it. Cosmetic things needed to be fixed as well-damaged sheetrock, chipped paint, stained baseboards, stained furniture, several missing/damaged blinds leading to the pool. The garage was listed as air conditioned - it was not due to the homeowners not wanting to replace it (per PM). Have pics of videos I took since I can't upload vids. Never rent this house!
