Perfect for our needs!

My family (with 4 adult children) met up with my two brothers and their families (ages ranging from 2 months to 13 years) for Disney World. The house was perfect for accommodating us! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was clean and as described - although the decor had been updated in the two rooms with twin beds. We liked it even better!Even with 17 of us in the house it never felt crowded. The kids loved the game room. There was plenty of space to spread out.The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The only hiccup in our communication was that the host didn't realize the community pool fee was no longer included in the rental fee (we sorted it out quickly) and we didn't realize we needed to send info ahead of time for all the vehicles in our group so they could get parking passes when they arrived. Again, it was quick to sort out.The only downsides had nothing to do with the house itself. There is heavy traffic between the house and Disney World. What should have been around a half hour drive usually took closer to 45 minutes. Not a dealbreaker, but it made for longer days. The other downside was that the community pool reached capacity on the weekends. If we had arrived earlier in the day on weekends we would have been fine. The day we did go to the pool we all loved it! The lazy river was very relaxing! The final downside is that street parking was limited. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend 10/10!

Nice property but broken things

When we got there the fridge had broken parts the screen door was off and there was no net around the pool. I said that we could live with it but wanted the net for safety. Got a message it was fixed a day letter but it never was. The property also wasn't so clean and the linen smelled. It's a very nice house and location but I was disappointed by the broken things. Also the air conditioning was not strong!

Great stay

Was a bit worried with some of the other reviews but we had a great stay. The house is not brand new but is very nice. Communication was great. Home is beautiful & we especially enjoyed some floating time in the lazy river.

NEEDS WORK

The property is spacious but needs work. We stayed here for 1 month. The kitchen and appliances need to be replaced. The refrigerator was missing most of the shelves; none in the door and only 2 main shelves. When you have 14 people, you need good storage. The water and ice from the refrigerator did not work properly. The gas stove burners did not work properly. The kitchen is not stocked for a dozen people. 8 mugs, 4 wine glasses etc. No serving bowls at all for salad or other. The dining room chairs were very dirty although they had 4 new ones. We had 2 crawling stage babies and the cleanliness of the floor and furniture was disgusting. It was mopped but not very good. We paid an expensive fee for pool and hot tub heat. The hot tub jets were broken. The management were advised promptly. They said they would send someone. When we contacted them again, they said they were waiting for parts. We paid and reserved this house with a functional hot tub and once you have paid, it doesn't matter. Customer Service is not good with Wonder Vacations. I would not recommend. We also contacted them for a sink that wouldn't drain the 1 st week. They showed up 4 days later but we had already fixed it. They proceeded to charges us for a broken chair, stained towels, curtain holder etc. Unfortunately, we do not recommend this property. It is dirty; walls, floors and furniture. The appliances are broken. The hot tub jets are broken. They did not offer any refund.

OUR STAY AT 6086 BROAD OAK DRIVE

When we arrived, we couldn’t gain entry into the house because the code we were given was incorrect. After entering the house we were unable to use one of the burners on the stove because it had plastic melted on to it. While in the process of rinsing utensils prior to starting to cook, the sink began to back up. Then we attempted to turn the oven on but it kept kicking off. We checked the breaker box in the game room and found that one of the breakers had kicked off. At this point we decided to report the deficiencies and request a repair technician. After an usually long period of time a handyman arrived. The handyman checked the stove and sink and determined that he needed to report what he had found and that a repair technician was needed. All of this took place Saturday November 18, 2023. I was told that a repair technician had been scheduled to be at this house to take care of these problems Sunday morning at 9:00 am. The repair technician arrived late Saturday evening rather than Sunday morning. He repaired the clog in the sink but reported to his supervisor that he needed to secure someone else to repair the oven. On Sunday, I called the office a number of times and one of your representatives even hung up on me on one of the calls. Oh, I sent emails also but it didn’t help. We had brought with us a casserole dish to be cooked in the oven for lunch on Sunday. I was told that someone would be there Sunday to check out the oven. No one had arrived at che

EVERYTHING in this house was stained—towels, couches, bed sheets, etc. The hot tub didn't work for the entirety of our stay, and I called multiple times a day to be refunded for the pool heat. They only gave me a "partial" refund, which I had to fight for and didn't get until a few days after my vacation finished. When we arrived, there were roaches in the outside garbage because the renters before us didn't pack their garbage properly. It took three days of calling every day to have someone come and clean the garbage. Getting in touch with someone was almost impossible. I was also informed that I wouldn't receive my full security deposit back for the following. 3x Stained Bath Mat(s) - $15.00 1x Stained Queen Bed Sheet(s) - $45.00 3x Damaged Drinking Glass - $15.00 1x Missing TV Remote Controller(s) - $30.00 7x Stained Bath Towel(s) - $105.00 4x Missing Hand Towel(s) - $20.00 1x Damaged Game table - $25.00 1x Broken Toilet Seat - $30.00 12% Sales Tax - $34.20 Total $319.20 We're responsible for nothing on this list. The pictures they attached of "proof" show no evidence of anything. Someone else who reviewed this house said that there was a missing remote. I assume it was never replaced, yet they are still charging guests for it. I have reached out for the past two weeks everyday in regards to getting substantial proof as to why we didn't receive our full security deposit back. They keep saying that they are "investigating".We believe this house is a scam.Very sad!

Excellent Place To Stay

We had a last minute change to a previous booking and we were able to check in and stay here. There was plenty of room for all of us and the property is clean and beautiful. The pool, game room and movie area are a real bonus. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were good with plenty to pick from. We appreciated the ice maker and the fans located in each room. For review: one fan didn’t work and the air conditioning doesn’t seem to reach the the front bedroom at all. It was very hot in there. There really need to be wash cloths provided. It was a surprise that there weren’t any, stating sanitary purposes but just a heads up, most VRBOs provide black wash cloths so they aren’t ruined with makeup. The rules of the garbage are very clear but please spend the extra $10 and provide garbage bags. Other then those few weird things for such a nice place we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Stay at 6086 Broad Oak dr

Nice large rooms. A chair or two in the bedrooms might add a little comfort. More responsive repair service. Never able to use the TV in our room. No remote, no other instructions My only real complaint was that I couldn't figure out how to cool down the theater room. It was way too warm to comfortably use it. Great place. Lots of space and I loved the back patio. Front room is warmer than the rest of house. Nice place Very comfortable beds. The themed rooms were cute. I wish the parking sit-vation was better. It was annoying having to walk around the block, but worse it was bad when we were trying to unload the luggage to have the tow truck waiting to tow the car. And, the directions from the security guards on how to get the passes were different depending on who you spoke with. Lots of space to ei. ther have large family conversations together or to get away and find a private moment. Acoustics really good for large gatherings also. Nice view of wildlife and domestic cattle out the back. (Also Not enough towels Cigarette butts and small garbage not picked up on front lawn both houses, tv kept shutting off, broken washer, not very responsive to repair or request for help, in my opinion)
