Check-in and Property Access
Self check-in: entry is made directly at the house via a unique code sent before your arrival.
Hours: Check-in after 4 PM | Check-out by 10 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee. Please consult us in advance.

Supermarket
We recommend visiting the nearest supermarket to purchase any additional items you may need during your stay.
Courtesy items: as a courtesy, we provide 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom and 1 large trash bag for use on the first day.
We do not provide condiments, spices, or any other food in the house.
These items are not replenished during your stay, so we suggest you bring or purchase what you’ll need for the remainder of the visit.

Cleaning
Daily cleaning is not included in the rental price.
Before your arrival, the house will be cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
Additional cleaning services during your stay can be arranged for an extra fee.

Use of the Property
It is not allowed to move furniture or equipment inside the house.

Pets
Up to 2 pets per reservation

Trash
All trash must be in tied bags up to 13 lbs (6 kg), placed in the outside container — not on the sidewalk or street.
Loose trash, grocery bags, or trash outside the bags will not be collected.
Cardboard boxes must be flattened and properly bundled.
Sharp objects must be disposed of separately for safety.
Incorrect disposal will result in a $100 fine, with photo or video evidence.
Trash is collected daily starting at 9 AM and must be in the bin by 10 AM for pickup.

Parking
Please park only in the designated spots for the property.
Do not park in prohibited areas, sidewalks, streets, or block other garages.
Blocking streets or garages may result in immediate towing by local enforcement without prior notice.
Please respect condominium rules to avoid fines and inconvenience.

Club Access
Guests have free and full access to all resort amenities: pools, game rooms, etc.

Visitors
Visitors are allowed as long as the maximum occupancy of the property is not exceeded.

Rules and Fines
Violations such as smoking inside the house, negligence with the property, or excessive trash disposal will result in a $500 fine.
