For guest safety and privacy, access to the property is strictly limited to registered guests only.

No third parties are authorized to enter the property during a reservation unless previously coordinated with the guest.

Each reservation is assigned a unique access code.

No early check-in / late check-out (needed for deep cleaning )

No pets. Unauthorized pets may result in removal without refund.

Starter welcome kit (not replenished):

Bathrooms: hand soap, toilet paper (1 roll per bath + 1 extra), shower gel/shampoo/conditioner (1 set), 2 small soaps.

Kitchen: sponge, dish soap, 1 paper towel roll, 5 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods.

We recommend buying extras based on your stay length.

Trash: please dispose of trash daily in the bin to avoid pests.

Packages: use DHL/FedEx/Amazon when possible (USPS may return deliveries to vacation rentals).
