On days you want to stay home and relax check out the games room where you and your family can play friendly competitions complete with a pool table, dart board, TV and Xbox

The space
This is the Perfect Luxury Home for all the family and is well suited for small or large families. The master suite has a king size bed, dresser, mirror, television and the en-suite has a walk in shower and garden tub for that special night in which you might get home from the park and might just want to relax!

There is also another master on the first floor with an en-suite, queen room with en-suite and an additional two other bedrooms with family bathroom.

On days you want to stay home and relax check out the games room for kids and adults alike complete with a pool table, dart board, TV and Xbox or you may prefer to take a dip in the pool while watching the outside TV with the BBQ cooking on the bespoke Grill and bar area.

You will always find something to do as there is truly something for everyone! The home has all the comforts of home plus loads of extras. We pride ourselves on giving our guests the best experience possible.

**No Parties or Events**
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings at the property. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and additional fees for extra cleaning or damages.

Other things to note:

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

• HOUSEKEEPING - There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Property is not pet-friendly

-BBQ Grill Rentals (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival)

-Pool & Spa Heat (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival as it takes 24 hours for all pool heating to reach favorable temperature)
