Good value home for neighborhood

Good value for a family who wants to stay in the area. The house was well appointed with everging we needed to live regularly during our visit. One thing that could have been better was a pool cleaning before we arrived. The pool had small tree droppings floating in it for most of our stay. It was cleaned the day before we departed and we enjoyed it for one full day.

Great house with plenty of room

Great home, great amenities in a great location. Getting into the gate of the community can be a giant pain because everyone going to Disney stays in this community. So lots of traffic. But the house and host is great.

Turkey Day With Mickey

The house is great! Very spacious and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. All of the parks are 20-30 minutes away, so it is nice to have a little distance from all the resorts. The neighborhood entrance can be a bit of a wait and they may want to get the trafiic and wait times under control more. Overall the property itself is great! The beds are unbelievably comfortable!!! You will be happy with this home!

Great house and awesome privacy!

This house is great. It was very clean! The beds are comfortable, plenty of towels; the Pool was nice and warm. Everything in the house worked well, including the WIFI! We had a question for property management, and they responded immediately, and this was on a Saturday! We have Stayed on the Solterra property several times over the years, and this is definitely our favorite house!

Lovely stay!

No complaints about the property at all. Any queries I had were quickly answered. If we were to being overly critical just to find a downside, it is the location in relation to the parks. Even leaving at 7.30am wasn't enough to beat the heavy traffic on the I4 intersection - with journeys to the Disney parks often taking 50+ minutes. Other than this, we have only great things to say about the property, it was brilliant.

Nice House

The property was pretty nice but could definitely use some attention. The refrigerator door was misaligned and swung every time we opened it and hit the cabinet. The paint from the microwave handle is chipping as is the small couch in the game room. The house is kept at 75 degrees so we walked into a warm house. Towels were left in the washer and were musty smelling so we had to wash as soon as we checked in. Overall it was a nice vacation and the family had a good time. The house is spacious and had enough entertainment to keep the kids busy.

Beautiful home but not taken care of well.

Was not expecting a brand new home but did expect it to be clean and and everything in working order, Not. When we first arrived we saw that the carpeting was very dirty, not comfortable to walk around in bare feet and the upstairs couch smelled like pee. We do cook and the kitchen, thought It had plenty of dishes n silverware, the pots and pans were warped n unusable, there where no basic utensils n large bowls, the refrigerator door would hit the counter every time it was opened … We went to make sure the gas grill worked but it didn’t, so the hubbies had to take the burners apart and clean the intakes and got it to work, No help from management. We paid to heat the pool n spa but it was never warm when we wanted to use it. Just not happy about that. This is not the fault of the management but there was no good phone reception in the whole Solterra Resort area n the community pool does not come close to accommodating all the guests. Also, it was extremely difficult to enter the neighborhood each day, very long lines to get in, up to 20 to 30 min. We had fun with our family n friend like always but definitely would not return to this home or resort.

The host of the property was extremely accommodating. They took very good care of us. We rent a home every year during the same time. Hopefully this hope will be available next year for the exact same dates.

Great getaway

It was a pleasure to deal with the property managers. Slight issue with AC, but quickly resolved. Wonderful property, we enjoyed the wildlife by the small lake. Would stay again, really nice home.
