This condo is so close to being perfect. The fit and finish is just a little off - areas of the condo that need maintenance, painting, repairs, etc. but the location is close to Universal. Disney is roughly a 20 min. Drive. The condo was clean. The host responsive, and listing was accurate. Our family had a great time.

Disappointing Stay Despite Convenient Location

We stayed at this property during a basketball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center, and while the location was convenient, the condition of the home left much to be desired.Upon arrival, the house had a strong smell of bleach, which gave the impression of cleanliness—but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The dishes set out on the table were visibly dirty and had to be washed before use. All of the kitchen cabinets were coated in a sticky substance that made them difficult to open, which was both unpleasant and unhygienic.The bathroom was also in poor condition. The floor was dirty, and the shower curtain had visible mold. Before our arrival, we received several text messages offering the use of a grill for a fee. However, when we called to inquire, we were told to disregard the messages and that they didn’t know what we were talking about—very confusing and unprofessional.The house had four TVs but only three remotes, which made it inconvenient to use all of them. One of the toilet seats was broken when we arrived, but to their credit, maintenance came by within a few hours and replaced it.Overall, while the proximity to the convention center was a plus, the lack of cleanliness and poor communication made this stay disappointing. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

Great place

Huge place with plenty of room, will definitely stay again (we’re here for volleyball nationals). Loved that we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Couple minor things missing, no pool towels, no wrist bands (didn’t need them anyway), not enough remotes for the tvs. Not a fan of all the checkout instructions (being charged for garbage? Never heard of that), but not a huge deal. Will stay again.

Made the best of Family Spring break trip 2025

Couldn't fit 2 vehicles in Driveway.no bbq grill no chairs for outside.Pans are to used and unsafe to cook in .Construction all night .No pool.Gym the unit slept 10 but only but not enough towels used pool towels
