- Vehicles in disrepair or with expired registration may not be left in the street or common areas.
- VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF PARKING POLICY WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST'S EXPENSE.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
This is optional and may not be available at times.

Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.

The house was beautiful and very clean! The beds were super comfy. We had an issue with the air not working. I sent a message about it and they sent someone out ASAP and had it working within an hour! This was at 9:00p. The management team is very responsive and nice. The little ones loved the themed bedrooms and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely stay here again!

A really enjoyable stay

We loved our stay, the perfect home for our family break. The house was lovely, plenty of bathrooms & bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and great living area. Super clean

We were only here to sleep, property was super clean and impressive!! We would definitely stay here again. Only issue we had was with the pass for your car, you have to go thru the security gate with a guard and google maps wants to take you to the other entrance without a guard. The rooms are really nice and beds were super comfortable.

Plenty of functional space, lacking when it came to the things that make a place truly comfortable

There were 7 of us. Plenty of room for all of us. A little under-equipped overall… just 2 cotton blend towels per bathroom, micro-fiber sheets, paper towels that could just as easily been tissues, the dishwasher didn’t work ( how this wasn’t discovered before we got there is beyond me. Some of the instructions, e.g checking in, what to do with trash, etc could have been much more explicit

Great Disney vacation

Over all it was a good experience at this place. Clean plenty of Room just like it looks in the pictures. One major complaint would be the king bed was awful. It sank in on both sides and had a hump in the middle. They only provided about 7 towels no wash cloths we made do. It's about a 20 minute drive to the parks. The community pool is about 5 minutes away had a hard tine finding it. Though you can't bring any drinks or food there. Bummer..

A great place for families

This property is beautifully appointed, clean and quiet. Community is new and the biggest issue was that we couldn’t find it initially bc the road is marked Dr and the listing said avenue. It took us a bit to figure it out and was frustrating upon arrival. But once there it was good. It’s a new property and I was nervous because of lack of reviews, but it turned out. Beware, traffic TO the parks on 4 is very heavy at all times, so while mileage wise it is close, it can take longer depending on time of day.
