The house was so clean and had everything that we needed. Bed was so comfy which I liked. We paid for the pool heat as the weather got cool and it was great to come back after working and be able to get in a nice warm pool. Michelle was so friendly and answered all my questions really quickly. Love the place and will be staying there again.

Price was a give away.

We booked this property last minute and because we were close to the location it seemed ideal. This would have been a lovely property 20yrs ago and is a good size. However, it needs a good bit of TLC to bring it back to its formal glory. The kitchen, living room and 2 master rooms have been decorated recently. However, the exterior needs attention, the pool area in particular was not clean. Dead frogs in the pool filter and around the edge of the pool. One of the doors to the larder was not attached and when we went to use it, it fell on my MIL! The biggest concern though was security. Patio doors are “locked” by placing a pole on screws. I had to waste a day in the house due to the front door not locking. There was also a musty damp smell on entering the property. I spoke to the owner who did send a maintenance person out to fix the front door and remove broken larder door. The owner then ignored any correspondence thereafter. Apart from their auto generated message of “I hope you enjoyed your stay.” Erm no, we didn’t. We were there for 3 nights and really should have left. I would have been gutted if I was here longer than we were.

Excellent villa in very good condition

We have stayed in lots of houses in this area and this one was probably the best. Very well furnished, comfortable beds, effective AC and very clean and tidy We only had cause to contact the owner during the check in process as we didn’t come across any issues during our stay. All the contact we had was friendly, prompt and professional The area itself is about 25 minutes to Disney most days and has a WalMart within. 2 minutes drive which makes self catering really easy We would definitely stay here again and have no issue recommending it to others
