Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and eight beds. Downstairs you’ll find a kids’ bedroom and a shared bathroom, while the master bedroom includes its own private bathroom. Upstairs hold two additional bedrooms and another shared bathroom. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and room‑darkening shades are provided for a restful night.

Step into a fully fenced backyard that offers privacy and a spacious lawn. The heated pool can be enjoyed year‑round, and an outdoor dining area with a charcoal BBQ grill makes al fresco meals simple. Central air conditioning and heating keep the interior at a pleasant temperature. Renting a car is the best way to get around and explore Orlando/Kissimmee. You'll have free designated parking when booking our property.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
