A car is highly recommended to get around the Orlando area and make the most of your stay.



Please park only in the driveway in front of the house. Do not park on the street or sidewalk under any circumstances — the HOA strictly enforces this rule and vehicles will be towed without warning.



🚫 The following vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community: boats, campers, trailers, RVs, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles or equipment, and construction vehicles of any kind.

Damage Waiver (Optional)

For a small, one-time, non-refundable fee, you can add extra protection against minor accidental damage that may occur during your stay. This option helps cover unexpected repair or replacement costs, so you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about small accidents.



Security Deposit

Alternatively, you may choose a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

🧳 Late Checkout — $150 charge past 10:00 AM without advance approval.
