Sleeps up to 12 guests: With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread across two floors, this townhouse is ideal for families and business trips.



Design & Decor: The main floor has a bright shared full bathroom and a stylish bedroom with a King-size bed. Upstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom with a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom, decorated with modern gray tones.



Themed Fun for Kids: The third bedroom has a fun Mickey Mouse theme and features a double-over-double bunk bed plus a single bed. The fourth bedroom is perfect for dinosaur lovers, with one double bed and one single bed.

Central A/C, FREE Wi-Fi, and cable TV in every bedroom.



Fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer.

Other Things to Note:

Parking: Visitor parking is free right in front of the property. Please don't park on the grass or block the sidewalk. Commercial vehicles are not allowed.



No Pets: Pets are not allowed. A fee will be charged and eviction without a refund will occur if an unauthorized pet is found.

Check-out: 10:00 a.m.



Unfortunately, we can't offer early check-ins or late check-outs.



Welcome Supplies: We provide a starter kit with basic items like hand soap, toilet paper, shower gel, and a dish sponge. These supplies are limited and may not last for your entire stay. We recommend visiting a local supermarket to buy additional items.



Pool Heating (Optional):



$40 per day (2-night minimum).



Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.



The heater may take up to 24 hours to reach the maximum temperature and is not effective in very cold weather. No refunds will be given if the desired temperature is not reached due to the weather.



Cleaning: Professional cleaning before and after your arrival is included. An additional mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an extra fee.
