Mooi huis van alle gemakken voorzien op een veilige locatie. Veel ruimte. Communicatie met eigenaren snel en goed. Bedden liggen prima. Huis ziet er schoon uit. Locatie goed t.o.v attractie parken en winkels. Target ligt om.de hoek.

Everything overall was great with the house. Pricing was very reasonable for the size and quality of the property. Communication was smooth and property is close to attractions, restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was good overall. The area where the home was located was quiet and peaceful. As we drove around we noticed parts of the neighborhood seemed rowdy and had numerous younger people partying in large groups at other homes and in the streets. Overall no major issues with the entire experience. I would recommend and will consider using this property again in the future when in the Orlando / Kissimmee area.

Nice property

Overall great stay. House could use a little updating (water stains on some of the furniture, older looking carpeting, a few issues with several toilets, pool gate stuck/very hard to open) but generally a great place and excellent value. All 3 upstairs toilets were running/had some trouble flushing. We reported one of them (hadn’t noticed the others yet) and we got a note 24 hours later that it had been fixed while we were out but it didn’t seem to.be fixed. And then we were leaving next day so we didn’t follow up. Worth another look by the property manager in all three bathrooms.

Wir waren für eine Woche mit drei Erwachsenen in dem Haus. Das Haus liegt in einer "bewachten" Ferienanlage, direkt an einem kleinen See, an dem man einige Tiere beobachten kann. Die Einrichtung ist okay, wenn auch schon in die Jahre gekommen, dafür aber sauber und ordentlich. Der Kontakt zur unserer Ansprechperson funktionierte per Mail immer sehr schnell und gut, war aber während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht nötig ;) Es können mit vier Schlafzimmern bis zu 8 Personen in dem Haus übernachten. Unserer Meinung nach, ist es jedoch nur für höchstens 4-5 Erwachsene geeignet. Denn auf der Terrasse wird es für mehr als 5 Personen schon etwas eng. Auf den Bildern konnte man erkennen, wie nah die Häuser mit ihren Terrassen aneinander liegen. Auch ist der Sitzbereich dieses und des Nachbarhauses direkt nebeneinander. Das war am Anfang etwas befremdlich. Und leider ist die Geräuschkulisse von zwei Klimaanlagen, die zwischen den Häusern stehen, sehr störend wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt. Wir konnten für einen extra Betrag am Abreisetag bis 15:00 Uhr im Haus bleiben, das war sehr gut, weil unser Rückflug erst um 20:30 Uhr ging. Unser Fazit ist: das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gerade noch okay (1600 $/Woche) und nur wegen der störenden Lautstärke der Klimaanlagen würden wir dieses Haus leider nicht noch einmal mieten.

Well pleased with our stay!

After reading a previous review, I must admit we were concerned prior to our arrival. HOWEVER, we found the property perfectly prepared for our visit! The property was spacious, clean and tidy. It is situated in a gated community within 1 mile of restaurants, fast food establishments and stores (Target, Walmart, Publix, SAMS Club, pharmacies, gift shops, outlet mall, putt putt golf, etc.) . All Disney Parks, Disney Springs and Sea World were easily accessible with less than 10-15 minutes travel time. The kitchen was stocked with dishware, small appliances (toaster, coffeemaker, etc.) and silverware/utensils. The game room offered several trikes and bikes as well as air hockey, pool and foosball. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living room/dining room were spacious and well-organized. The pool was maintained on Wednesday (maintained every Wednesday as stated by the gentleman) by a pool maintenance crew of two who were so kind, accommodating (offered to come back at another time if needed) and thorough with their work. Other amenities stated in property description were present and available at the property. The home was perfectly comfortable for our family of six (four adults and two toddlers). Communication with our hosts (Jenny and Zoe) was perfect - - they were helpful with reservations, they answered all of our questions and were accommodating to make sure our requests were met. We would indeed choose this home again for future trips to Orlando!

Very comfortable accommodations

I had one friend with me for 5 weeks and one couple visited for 12 days and another friend stay for 5 days. We all had a wonderful time. The house was quite adequate with the staggered visits. I believe 5 adults at the same time would have been very congested. This residence is more suited for a family with small children rather than a group of adult friends.

Kissimmee FL won’t let me post address!?

Nothing represented about this “Custom Home” was accurate. Rented for three weeks and found the interior of property, carpets, walls all dirty; worn paint and damaged furniture. No supplies whatever except for 1 pod for dishwasher and 1 for laundry with instructions to us for laundry and dishwasher upon leaving and if we left them unwashed it would come out of deposit. Had to buy every supply for our stay: TP, paper towels, hand& bath soap, detergent for washer & dishwasher, dryer sheets and more! over $150.00. No security gate that they brag about. Just a run down track house painted on outside; pool was 10’ from neighbor not what shown in pics…left it cleaner and better than we found it. Never renting from Homes of America again…rip off!!!

Summer Vacation

Overall the house was great and my family and I had a great time. There was one tiny problem the whole time we were there. There is a ton of little ants outside near pool area and table. We had to buy ant spray to keep them away with the little one walking out barefoot.

Be aware!!

Overall my experience was OK. The house is a good size, nice neighborhood, The pool was clean and nice (even though We noticed as soon as we walked in the door that one of the pool screens was broken, I contacted someone right away and was told a report was already made and nothing could be done because it was the weekend and that It would get fixed maybe Monday, but it didn’t get fixed until Friday, which meant we had to clean the bugs from the pool every morning). Less than half an hour in the house, my 8 year old son Who was super excited to go for in the pool, went around it and got this nasty cut on his leg that he got from these old lounge chair that was sitting right next to the pool (with not a lot of space in between the chair in the pool) and it had an old rusty nail coming out of it. Being on vacation, being new to the area I had no idea where to take him, but as soon as I saw his leg I knew he needed stitches. I called a couple numbers that I could find around the house and no one answered until I called the front gate and explained what happened and was told to call 911 because they are really close by. I called, they came, cleaned the area, put some gauze around it and told me to take him to the hospital to get stitches and to make sure he was up-to-date on his tetanus shot because of the condition of the chair. After a long drive to get to the house and being in the house for less than 30 minutes I had to take my son to the hospital to get 10 stitches and didn’t get back to the house until almost 1 in the morning. The following day we checked all the chairs that were around the pool and they were all old, Rusty and had dangerous parts popping out. When I finally contacted someone about it, all they said was they were sorry, but it took them A couple of days to come by the house and actually get all the chairs away (Which we had piled up in the corner). What made me really upset was that it wasn’t my son‘s fault that this chair had a nail coming out of it and was placed right next to the pool to be used. When you rent the house they tell you that the house is inspected before your arrival but I can’t believe that someone inspected the house and did not see those old, rusty, dangerous chairs all around the pool. Now being out of state I don’t know if my sons medical bill will be covered and no one seems to take the responsibility for it. The AC doesn’t always work either, other than that it was ok.

Great place to stay

Overall had a great time. Clean home, spacious enough for me and my family, six of us in total. Nice area, in good distance to all of the main destination locations in Orlando. A lot of places to eat and grocery options close by. Would stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay.! It was exactly what I was looking for. My kids loved the pool. They are on 100% remote learning so it was a big stress reliever. We had a slightly problem with the internet but I’m glad the property manager took action to resolve the problem quickly.
