As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a cozy reading nook and a modern living space, designed for relaxation. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including cookware, cutlery, dishes, and drinkware. For added convenience, you’ll find modern appliances along with a toaster, blender, electric kettle, and coffee maker. A separate dining area is also available for more formal meals.

For your security and peace of mind, this villa is equipped with cameras at the front and on both sides to monitor each entry point (note: there are no cameras at the back). Inside, the home includes hearing-impaired smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide alarm for added safety.

The doors leading to the pool have built-in alarms to prevent children from accidentally accessing the pool deck without an adult. These alarms can be easily disabled by pressing a button before exiting. Additionally, the pool area is secured with a safety fence for extra protection.
