The House is Self-Catering and we only provide welcome amenities for your convenience and FIRST USE (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash bags), Please stop by your favorite grocery store to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.
• Free parking spots in front of the house, and additional parking spaces on the street (first come, first served).
• We offer complimentary WIFI.
• Kids amenities free of charge: high chair, kids table, crib, and baby tub.
• Free washer and dryer available at the house.
• We offer a propane BBQ grill. There will be a $40 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.
• Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures.
