We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $75 per day.
2-Request 48 hours in advance.
3-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
4-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
5-Attached spa is not a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both have the same temperature.
It does not have jets.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home.

There is a dumpster near the clubhouse to dispose reciclables.

Great for groups!

Great property! We had a team offsite and rented 3 of these homes next to each other (2 managed by this same property manager) and had a fabulous stay. The rooms are awesome, the house provided many kitchen utensils, cookware and a ton of plates/bowls/glasses/wine glasses, etc. There are TWO full size refrigerators and freezers to use. There was a couple of issues with the bbq and pool heater but the property management team was very quick to respond and resolve. Would definitely stay here again!
