Gated Community
Windsor Island Resort is gated. Seventy-two hours prior to arrival, you will receive a Welcome Packet containing the gate code and your personalized entry code.

Self Check-In
This is a self-check-in home. There is no lobby or in-person check-in.

Starter Supplies
A complimentary starter supply is provided for your first day:

• 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 dish detergent
• 1 sponge

Guests are responsible for additional supplies during their stay. We provide basic cookware, plates, cups, and utensils, but do not supply condiments, seasonings, coffee, or tea.

Pool & Spa Heating

• Optional heating available October–March for $45 per day
• Must be requested before arrival for the entire stay
• Requires at least 72-hour notice
• Heating takes 24–48 hours
• Pool and spa share the same water system
• Not available April–September
• Heating effectiveness may vary when temperatures fall below 60°F

Other Pool Information

• Pools are serviced every Thursday
• Heating is not designed to reach hot tub temperatures

Grill Notice

• No grill onsite
• Grills may be rented from local vendors
• Grilling must be done on the grass, not the patio
• Additional cleaning fees may apply for damage or excessive mess

Security Gate Policy

• Each driver must present ID at the gate
• Up to 4 cars/names may be registered per reservation
• After initial check-in, a vehicle pass will be provided for easier access
