Guests must purchase additional items as needed from nearby supermarkets.
• Pool Heating:
• Operates via heat exchange and may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature.
• Available for $39 per day (3-day minimum).
• Maximum water temperature: 96°F (36°C).
• Daily Cleaning:
• Not included in the rental price.
• The property will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra fee.
• Garbage:
• Ensure garbage is bagged and placed in the designated bin outside between 7 AM and 9 AM.
• Parking:
• Do not block streets or garages. Non-compliance may result in towing by local authorities.
• Visitors:
• Visitors are allowed as long as they do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the residence.
• Furniture:
• Moving furniture or equipment inside the house is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancelations 60+ days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Cancelations made 59 days or less before check-in: No refund.

• **Airbnb**: Refunds are processed directly through the platform.
• **VRBO / EXPEDIA**: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date.
• **WEBSITE**: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date.
*Processing/bank fees will be deducted from refunded amounts.*
