The house is on two levels and comprises: the ground floor features a kitchen, complete with utensils, dishes, and appliances: a refrigerator, microwave, and oven.

Also on the ground floor are a living room and a bathroom with shower. The first floor features the sleeping area with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, and a washing machine. It also features a furnished courtyard. Pets are not allowed.
