Arrivo in hotel circa alle ore 20 e con grande dispiacere apprendo che la stanza pagata tramite il portale per l’importo di 324 per 4 notti non era più disponibile. L’host mi comunica senza darmi spiegazioni che avrei dovuto contattare il portale per chiedere informazioni in merito. In seguito alla discussione ho compreso che l’annullamento è stato deliberatemente eseguito dall’host per il solo fatto di aver completato la prenotazione dal sito e non direttamente con lui. Oltretutto vengo a scoprire che la camera in oggetto fa parte di una struttura diversa di nome Skyhill Boutique Hotel,definita da lui “vecchia struttura”, nonostante nella prenotazione fosse riportato Hotel Sanremo.

Betrüger! Betrüger! Ich hatte bereits 5 Nächte im Hotel übernachtet. Bezüglich der 6. Nacht lag eine Doppelbuchung vor. Auf Bitten des Hotels bin ich mit meiner Familie bereits freitags ausgezogen. Mir wurde zugesagt, dass Sie die Buchung bei Expedia stornieren würden. Das ist nicht erfolgt und mein Konto wurde belastet. Trotz Rückfrage von Expedia erfolgte keine Rückzahlung.
