Playa Flamenca area has a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants and is a popular location for holidaymakers and residents alike. The apartment is south facing for Sun throughout the day from mid-morning and well into the evening until Sunset.
There are two swimming pools on the complex, one a very large adult pool and a shallow adjoining young children’s pool. The pool area is surrounded by a gated fence so unsupervised toddlers do not roam free into it. The beautifully kept communal gardens offer generous space for sunbathing.
A Car is not necessary as all amenities are within walking distance, however if hiring a car there is a covered private parking space by the apartment door. Airport transfers can be arranged at competitive prices versus the taxi-firms.
Capacity for up to six persons with Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with walk in shower, one double bed, one twin bed. The living area sofa bed can sleep a further two children. A Travel cot and high chair are available to rent locally. Please note the locally payable cleaning charges of €60 per stay.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob microwave and fridge freezer, Coffee Maker and all utensils necessary for home cooking.
