Detached villa with private pool, perfect for families and close to the beach

Our family-friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom family villa has its own pool and is located in a quiet residential area yet close to all amenities - shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, bus stops and the beautiful beaches of the southern Costa Blanca.
Free Wi-fi, UK and satellite TV channels, air-conditioning in the living room and all of the bedrooms. Plenty of space by the pool to enjoy the sun and plenty of space to sit in the shade if you prefer. There is a secluded sun terrace on the roof and the villa has all the facilities you need - microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a fully fitted kitchen.
The nearest beaches are Cabo Roig - a 15 minute stroll or 5 minutes by car and La Zenia - a 20 minute stroll or 5 minutes by car. There are plenty of other beaches between a 10 minute drive (Campaomor, Playa Flamenca, Mil Palmeras) or further afield to the warm waters of the Mar Menor one way and La Mata and Guardamar the other way beyond Torrevieja which are 20 minutes by car along the N332 or motorway.
A 10 minute stroll takes you to the Cabo Roig strip with its wonderful restaurants to suit all tastes and a range of bars and shops. 5 minutes by car will take you to La Zenia Boulevard for a huge range of shops and more restaurants. Torrevieja is less than a 15 minute drive for a late night ice cream and leisurely beach side promenade with the local community.
Our villa is 45 minutes by car from Alicante airport and about 25 minutes from Murcia international. Our friendly management team will welcome you to the villa and are available during your stay to provide any support you need.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Change of towels is available on request.

Relaxing break. Villa was fine but could do with a few parasols to provide a bit more shade. Only fault I could find and it’s being picky is the sun loungers could benefit from a deep clean or replacing. Ideal location for eating out in the evenings, also a wide range of restaurants nearby.
