The apartment was built in 2000 and renovated in 2020. The Al Andalus holiday residence features a communal pool and a tennis court located approximately 200 meters away. Parking is available in front of the houses. The residence comprises two rows of houses and bungalows. From the spacious 50-square-meter rooftop terrace, guests can enjoy stunning sea views.

The surrounding area offers a variety of amenities, including pubs, beer gardens, bars, supermarkets, car rental services, souvenir shops, a playground, and a green space for relaxation. The large shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard, is about 2 km away.

The holiday home is located on the Costa Blanca in Orihuela-Costa, within the Al Andalus 2 complex. Torrevieja is just a short drive away, while Alicante to the south, San Pedro at La Manga inland sea, and Cartagena are also easily accessible.
