This stunning villa with a large private pool, garden, and solariums is situated on Pinada Golf II urbanisation. The fantastic blue flag beaches of Campoamor, Cabo Roig and La Zenia are a short drive away, as are three championship golf courses. There are ample bars and restaurants close by, at Villamartin Plaza and La Fuente Plaza which are a 10 min and 15 min walk away respectively. The property features 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, inside dining area and a covered outside terrace dining area and BBQ. There are two upstairs sun terraces, one with views over Villamartín golf club, the second which is off the main bedroom, has a comfortable seating and sunbathing area.

The collection of the key at a property rental office was a bit of a faff, but the wonderful staff there were very helpful by staying behind for our later arrival. Perhaps a key safe would be beneficial.The villa was really good quality throughout. Very clean. We slept well overall. The aircon was essential since the outside temperature most days was 35 degrees.The villa had everything we needed, although I couldnt find a first aid box. It took us a few days to find out how to get hot water. A wifi booster box upstairs would have been helpful.We were surprised at the lack of transport systems in the area and as a result this gave the villa a feeling of isolation. In hindsight we should have hired a car or been aware of this at the point of booking.With the villa being located in a residential area, we were aware of lots of barking dogs, but not enough to spoil our holiday.The pool and pool area was excellent with good quality sunbeds, chairs and tables.Overall we probably wouldn't go to Villamartin again, but this is not the fault of the villa.

Hemos pasado dos semanas geniales. Las zonas de jardin, terraza y piscina son ideales para disfrutar en familia. La orientacion de la casa con el sol ademas permite que se pueda disfrutar desde el desayuno a la cena. La dueña nos atendio muy bien!. El unico tema para mejorar la experiencia hubiera sido disponer de algo mas de amplitud en la zona de estar/salon. Nos gustaria repertir seguro!
