Villa in Orient Bay

Our villa was completely renovated in 2018. It is located 100 meters from the eastern bay (often called the 'Saint-Tropez of the Caribbean', it is also one of the most beautiful beaches in Saint-Martin).

It is one of the very rare villas which are both not attached and not overlooked.

The place is very quiet

The water in the private pool varies between 28 and 34 degrees all year round.

All rooms are air conditioned.

In addition, you can fully enjoy the vast 250 m² teak terrace. You will also appreciate the presence of coconut trees and bougainvillea flowers which give a real typical and exotic charm!
Finally, the entire interior decoration has been redone with great refinement...
The house is completely secure to allow you to spend a peaceful vacation.
In the immediate vicinity you are offered numerous activities: canoeing, scuba diving, boat trips, deep-sea fishing, jet skiing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, horseback riding, hiking, golf, tree climbing, tennis... And for night owls, all kinds of nightclubs, casinos, bars, etc...

Second time staying at villa suzanna. Can not beat the location and the pool is perfect. Host was responsive and villa was clean and well kept. Our only complaint was the poor water pressure which made it extremely difficult to shower. We did not experience that during our last stay in March of 2024. Would definitely stay again if that situation gets rectified.

We stayed here over Xmas / NYE 2025 holidays and absolutely loved the location in Orient Bay Beach, as well as the layout of the villa. Master and ensuite bathroom in separate wing of the villa from the other 2 bedrooms and bathrooms giving everyone personal space. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are comfortable and well set up for a relaxing stay. That said, the property is starting to show its age in a few areas, and some kitchen essentials we expected weren’t available, which made cooking a bit less convenient. Overall, a great location with attentive and responsive hosts making it a great stay, but a few updates and better-equipped kitchen would really elevate the experience.

We had a great time in St Maarten and loved Villa Suzanna. The location is perfect, the house is setup perfectly with everything you need, and the pool is super private! Fantastic week

We had an amazing time, the villa was perfect and close (few minutes walk) to restaurants, stores, beach..ect. We really enjoyed the pool and lounging on the deck which is very spacious. We also love the resident cat which we named Penelope. Highly recommend this place.

This was a perfect location - walking distance to grocery, beach and great restaurants. Clean and we enjoyed the USB speaker, outdoor plants and pool. A little difficult to find at first and make sure you have a photo of the instructions/door code - don't rely on wifi before you are in the house and signed in. Thank you for a delightful stay!

The photos don't do this place justice. The private deck is expansive. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The only difficulty we had was finding the villa. It cannot be found by the address. You will need to familiarize with the maps that are provided.

Orient Bay Villa

We have been coming to St Martin for 35 years and recently became interested in this Villa. It's proximity to Orient Beach is fabulous and you have a lot of room to spread out. Check in and check out were contactless which makes everything easier. Philippe was very responsive to our requests and quickly gave us rental car and airport transportation recommendations. Highly recommend this property.

Nice Stay at Villa Suzanna

Very nice villa with a great secluded deck, perfect for sunbathing. The villa has great proximity to shops and the beach, but just far enough away to avoid the noise. The best beach in Orient Bay is a long walk or a short 5 min car ride via the beach road avoiding the main road. The property permits smoking, but no smoke odors were detectable. As non-smokers this was appreciated. Overall we had a great stay and when coming back to St. Martin Villa Suzanna will be at the top of our list.
