"My husband and I spent 10 wonderful days at Côté Mer in Orient Village, St Martin. The property was very convenient to the wonderful restaurants in the village and the most beautiful beaches in St Martin. The apartment is newly renovated and very neat and tidy! Great outdoor patio and beautiful indoor decor! We are missing the beautiful weather and lovely accommodations! We can’t wait to return!"

We loved our stay here! Moune was very responsive with pre-trip questions and then anything that came up during our stay. Unlike some listings, the pictures truly reflect the property--what you see is what you get. We appreciated that lovely restaurants are just a short walk away, and a small grocery store is as well. We highly recommend.

Great location, accommodations and customer service!

We had to quickly find a place to stay for an additional week in St Marten. Within hours, the wonderful property manager confirmed a reservation and actually let us check in a few hours early due to the tropical storm. We loved the condo! The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and the back porch Was right across The street from the beach. You can’t beat the location! We would love to come back.! My husband and I spent a week here and loved it. The unit itself is clean and nicely furnished, including extras to help enjoy the beach! It is a few minutes' walk to the beach and Orient Village which was such a great place to be. Moune was fantastic to deal with - very responsive to any of our questions. We would stay again.

Very nice property with great location.
