Orford Beach House - Orford.

This older style cottage with 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 with direct access to the water. There is a bike track that runs along the river front of the property. The river meets the sea directly out front and easy access for kayaks. The cottage has every thing one would need for a little get away by the sea, with amazing views of Maria Island from the deck. You can just sit and relax while enjoying the views.
The house has one queen and one double bedrooms. There is a sunroom which gets lovely warm afternoon sun where one can sit and read books from the collection at the house.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an ironing board.

The best thing was the view of Maria Island from the back deck and main bedroom window. Late check out is also appreciated. Ice cream shop (Sweets) across the road was excellent to discover just before closing time. The Orford Beach House is well set up and would be a great place to stay for a week. We only had two nights. I would come back again with more time next time.
