Our stay was nice but the overall experience was mediocre. The game room for children was great, although the old carpet in the tv area smelled horrible and needs to be replaced. The room was okay, dust on the floors and an old pacifier from a previous guest was under the bedside table. Not all the outlets worked in the room. The bathroom was cramped and very outdated. The staff was mostly friendly and the garden and outdoor pool was the highlight. Lots of potential but definitely needs to be modernized.

Mixed experience

The front desk service left a lot to be desired — the staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming or enthusiastic, which set a disappointing tone from the start. Unfortunately, the restaurant and bar were closed during our visit, which limited our options and was a letdown. On the positive side, the spa and pools were excellent and definitely the highlight of our stay. The overall experience wasn’t what we had hoped for. While the facilities have a nostalgic charm, they feel dated and haven’t aged gracefully. With a few key improvements, this place could really live up to its potential.

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. It was our first time and probably our last. It started with a mixup at check in. The girl at the desk misunderstood my name even though I gave her my confirmation, and sent us to the wrong room. When we realized it, we went back down. She then realized her mistake and gave us another room which was extremely hot and ac was not working. We ended up staying in an outside room which was probably a good thing since the graduation parties were ongoing throughout our stay 4 night stay. The phone never worked and the wifi was spotty. The hotel needs work. The indoor hot tub was not working and outdoor hot tub didn't have a handle to get in. The outdoor pool was cold and hard to get in with only ladders. The restaurant had unusual hours. We couldn't get lunch at 1:30 on Sunday. Hotel seems to priortize events over guests in it's restaurant. I do not recommend this hotel.

1- we did not get the free drink as mention on my reservation 2- We went to the reception tonget the towels for the pool, but the receptionist was talking and laughing on the phone, I had to say they we just want towels and she stip talking on the phone and give us the towels, not frendly ! 3 -There was no air conditioning in the room. We call the receptionist but she didn't do anything. Honestly the price that ai pay for the 3 nights was not worthy, no service from monday to Thursdays

Bel hôtel familiale mais, manque de surveillance dans la salle de jeux et a la piscine intérieure. Pas facile d'aller en poussette a la salle de jeux ou a la piscine intérieure. Il faut utiliser un monte charge mal éclairé et pas trop sécuritaire, il faut tenir le bouton pour l'utilisation. Il ne faut pas être clostrophone. Plancher de la piscine intérieure visqueux et salle. Nous avons eu une grenouille vivante dans le spa intérieur! Pas de service de valer; pas facile avec des bagages et un poupon en poussette de se débrouiller et d'aller garer la voiture! Pas de restaurant ouvert ni de bar. Pas de micro&onde sans les chambre il faut aller dans le couloir! Si vous désirez de la glace, il faut aller au premier étage en face de l'ascenseur! Pas pratique. Si vous désirez aller a la piscine extérieure avec votre bébé, il faut avoir de l'aide pour soulever la poussette car il y a des marchés pour s'y rendre. Bref! La ferme n'existe pas! Et la boutique de l'hôtel indiqué des heures d'ouverture mais était fermée!!! 4 employés seulement dans l'hôtel! Un concierge, un homme qui jadait avec la réceptionniste, une femme de chambre et une autre réceptionniste! Pas de sauveteur a la piscine ni de système de caméra pour vérifier. Une enfant s'est blessée dans la salle de jeux du a un manque de sécurité dans la salle de jeux!
