This beautiful holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house in Orebic, just 40 m from the sea. The location is quiet and idyllic, perfect for couples who want to enjoy relaxation, sun and sea.



The apartment offers around 45 m² of living space and consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace, a bathroom with shower and WC, and an air-conditioned living area with a cosy seating area, dining table and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen equipment includes a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, filter coffee machine, kettle and sufficient crockery and cooking utensils. WiFi and satellite TV are available free of charge.



A special highlight is the covered, furnished south terrace (approx. 12 m²) with a magnificent sea view. It is equipped with a table, chairs, awning, and clothes horse - ideal for breakfast in the sunshine or for relaxed evenings overlooking the Adriatic.
