The house is located in Orco Feglino (SV), 90 m from the Feglino motorway exit, in an excellent position for MTB, climbing and trekking enthusiasts and for those who want to enjoy a stay between sea and mountains. The house is not far from both the magnificent beaches of Finale Ligure and Varigotti and from the mountain, with its trails for cycling and walking and its rocky walls.
The spacious 150 square meter apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and can be reached via a flight of stairs.
It consists of: central corridor, kitchen, bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with Memory Foam mattresses, 1 bedroom with two single beds, living room with double sofa bed with Memory Foam mattress.
It is possible to access the terrace overlooking the woods.
In the house there is everything you need to make your stay pleasant, even for long periods. A baby cot and a baby bed are available upon request.
Both in summer and in winter there is an air conditioning system.
In addition to housing, a garage is available on the ground floor where you can safely park motorbikes and bicycles.
Furthermore it will be possible to wash the bikes and the various accessories.
Sheets and towels available, with bed linen change every 7 days included.

War alles einwandfrei

Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Isa und Angelo haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben uns eine schönes Urlaubszeit zu ermöglichen. Dabei waren sie nie aufdringlich.

Maison super agréable et très bien équipée

Venus pour grimper dans les falaises tout autour de Finale nous avons bénéficié d’un hébergement top. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée, rien ne manque. Couchage excellent. La terrasse intérieure est très calme et appréciable ! Les secteurs d’escalade sont rapidement accessibles de meme que Borgo Finale ( restaurants) Enfin les propriétaires sont présents à l’arrivée et au départ, malgré notre heure d’arrivée tardive à cause du trafic routier ! Merci !!!

Casa e proprietari eccellenti

La casa è molto bella e ben tenuta, c'è ogni tipo di confort e non manca proprio nulla, c'è tutto quello che serve e anche di più! La veranda con la seconda cucina completamente attrezzata è il top per chi vuole passare del tempo in compagnia e in relax! I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili, a dir poco tutto squisito! Da rifare assolutamente
