la salle d eau est à revoir . bac à douche très haut et robinetterie à changer impérativement manque de prise électrique celle de la tv chambre ne fonctionne pas ( donc pas de tv ) le côté salon est agréable

Appartement très bien pour famille, avec espace et une vue magnifique du salon. Mais loin de la station, et la navette n'est pas au pied l'immeuble. Quelques lampes ne fonctionnaient pas, lavabo ebreche, et peu de prises de courant ( une rallonge électrique serait bienvenue pour raclette) La TV et la prise dans la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas.Voilà pour les défauts, mais super séjour, avec départ de balade juste à côté pour ceux qui ne skient pas. Pas de casier à ski individuel.

Appartement avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, bien équipé et très bien situé dans la station, proche des commerces tout en etant au calme. Localisation très intéressante pour accéder rapidement en voiture au point de départ de belles randonnées dans les vallées environnantes.

Appartement correspondant à l'annonce tres bel emplacement RAS par contre nous avons demandé les draps et les éponges à la conciergerie qui nous a loué 45 euros pour 3 serviettes et non pas un set complet comme le font généralement les conciergeries et surtout manque de sympathie de la part Mme..Voilà autrement très bon séjour de 3 jours avec nos gros toutous comme indiqué dans au propriétaire

Logement bien mais conciergerie catastrophique

Le logement est très bien avec une très belle vue. Par contre côté gestion du logement, la conciergerie est complètement à la ramasse. On nous a donné les clef du mauvais appartement au départ. On paye 30 de frais de ménage mais le seul ménage qui est fait après nous c'est un coup de d'éponge dans la cuisine. Merci le conciergerie !

Belle localisation et vue incroyable gâchées par le manque d'entretien et de ménage

Points positifs : - l'appartement est très bien localisé, au calme, à 5-10 minutes à pied du centre de la station ; - la vue sud est très belle, sans aucun vis-à-vis ; - pas de problème d'insonorisation. Points négatifs : - à l'arrivée, aucun accueil prévu : la conciergerie nous a demandé de récupérer les clés et les draps/serviettes dans un sac devant leur local fermé ; nous avons dû remettre en marche l'électricité dans l'appartement ; - l'appartement était sale : le canapé était recouvert de poils de chien, les coussins tâchés et recouverts de miettes tout comme la table, le sol non aspiré, les couettes et la literie tâchées, l'électroménager plein de traces ; - l'appartement est mal entretenu : lave-vaisselle en panne en cours de séjour (fait sauter les plombs), de nombreuses ampoules grillées, robinet qui fuit, tringle à rideau trop petite, moisissures dans la salle de bains ; - sèche-cheveux ridiculement petit et qui cesse de fonctionner à pleine puissance ; - manque de réactivité et mauvaise foi du propriétaire qui considère ces défauts comme "mineurs" et n'accepte aucun dédommagement. À noter : L'appartement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, il n'y a pas de wifi ni de livret d'accueil. En bref, en dépit d'une très belle situation, nous ne conseillons pas cet appartement tant qu'il ne sera pas correctement entretenu.
