Ottima posizione e pini marittimi in giardino
Ottima la posizione. Giardino con pini marittimi E molto grande. Villa un po’ datata - doccia nella vasca da bagno- invasione formiche negli ultimi giorni ma stanze molto grandi.

Bella vacanza con nipoti e nipotini . Comodissima la posizione vicinissima al mare!! La casa è molto funzionale manca solo di piccole cure!!

Tutto bene. Forse la vasca da bagno deve esser sostituita. Il fondo della vasca è arrugginito.

Posizione e giardino fantastici all ombbra dei pini marittimi.
l ombra dei pini marittimi è impagabile. Casa grande ma bagno piccolo e con doccia in vasca.
Suppellettili molto basic e senza nessuna scorta alimentare (sale zucchero sapone.....)

casetta alla Giannella
il villino alla Giannella è molto gradevole e ci siamo trovati bene ma avremmo potuto stare ancora meglio se la casa e il giardino fossero più curati. Pochi ma essenziali tocchi renderebbero il soggiorno ancora più piacevole questo è il mio suggerimento alle proprietarie.

Posizione ottima per visitare l'Argentario
Spiaggia di sabbia vicinissima sia attrezzata che libera. Mare molto pulito. L'arredamento della casa è minimo e la vasca da bagno è da sostituire. Nel complesso posizione molto tranquilla che permette molta privacy. Ottimi ristoranti nelle
vicinanze.

Einfaches, karg eingerichtetes Haus
Wir (vierköpfige Familie) verbrachten 5 Nächte in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr einfach und karg eingerichtet. Keine Kissen, keine Teppiche, keine Gegenstände um sich wohl zu fühlen, einfach nur das Allernötigste. Das Mobiliar an sich ist ok, doch alles wirkt irgendwie alt und lieblos. Die Gartentüre klemmte, im Badezimmer lief das Wasser in der Badewanne nicht ab. Als wir die Mängel meldeten, wurden diese jedoch umgehend behoben. Pluspunkte sind der grosse Garten und die ruhige Lage nahe am schönen Sandstrand.
