Perfect location for Eagle Beach

Comfortable stay just a few minutes walk to Eagle Beach. The unit has everything that is needed, and a nice patio at the pool. There is a great market nearby for coffee, breakfast, or lunch. Would definitely stay again.

Love the Pearl! Great room with all the amenities needed. The best pool area for the days you don't want to walk to the beach or for after the beach. Unit has a comfortable bed and nice furniture. Very responsive management company through the app or whatsapp. Can't wait to stay here again, very convenient location close to beach.

too many issues for one trip.

1. Listing does not mentioned name of the condo, only address. Address in Aruba means nothing to any of the taxi drivers. 2. Property management neglected to send us welcome letter and/or mentioned that office will be closed at 5pm. So we have to wait for over 2 hours to get someone to let us into our unit. Very pleasant after 5h. flight, and 2+ hours in line to the border control. Also, Murphy law was on hand, rain started. 3. Property is not "steps from the beach" but rather a "working distance" to the beach with almost always unavailable spots in the shadow, limited number of chairs, no facilities of any sort and closes washroom (one for the entire beach) about 500m away in some ugly shack (call cafe). One washroom was closed, so everyone was in line for about 20 min and pay for washroom . Forget about change room or shower. From time to time of the already overloaded beach multiple busses dump crowds from the cruise ships. So, to get to more comfortable beach, car is a must.
