Hotel is in the main area of Aruba. Very close to the airport and other essentials. Staff was very friendly and hotel was quiet for the most part. However, the opportunity to breakfast on site would have perfected the experience. Parking on site was also a plus.

The staff was very friendly and informative. They made sure we had a great time and experience while in Aruba.

This is a very nice hotel and i do recommend. only thing to keep in mind is the islands staff down sizing and changes due to corona. We had to pay a day which was refunded. because there was no one to check us in. due to reservations staff leaving before check in even started. and staff there had no access to reservations. which really doesn't make sense. we had to wait till next morning to be officially checked in and have a charge hold for the day we arrived. very inconvenient. otherwise the hotel itself and the staff present were great. also being a tropical decor hotel. and it being rain season. there was a lot of mosquitoes. so carry repellants. it is right next door to a beautiful beach and restaurants. which we loved.

The room flooded in the morning when we woke up. We did not complained in the morning because we had an early flight. Waking up in the morning and having to walk in water not the way we saw our stay.

Would’ve been great to provide coffee in the morning aside from the $15 buffet. No place within walking distance to get coffee. Staff was fantastic, kind and welcoming. Also would be nice to have beach chairs to go for guests who beach hop, just the small beach chairs. Hotel was super clean too

The pool area was great. Rooms were very clean. Definitely could use a coffee pot in the room. No place to get coffee in the morning.

Great location to enjoy the Carnival . Close to the beach easy walk to town and nice restaurantsWe only had one meal at the hotel when we arrived but it was wonderful and the staff was great

The hotel needs more restaurant choices nearby or at premises

I had a first floor room on the ocean side, it was very cozy. The patio was nice expecially at sunset. Jessica at the front desk was marvelous, setting up all our activities appointments and directions etc. No matter what i needed Jessica was there for us.

It's a great little place! Love the bar and pool. Everyone was very helpful.

Took forever just to check in ..gotta carry bags up steps no elevators..food was great

Very nice. We stayed here 1st night before going to our timeshare. Room was clean, shower is amazing! Pool and pool area was clean and nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Walking distance to great restaurants. Barefoot right across the street! It was fantastic. Would stay here again for sure!

Very quiet hotel, amazing staff. Just 5 minutes from the airport and a short walk into town. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable and good location. Close to a nice beach

Perfect place to stay to watch the annual carnival

One of the best options for people who needs to spend a night in Aruba and continue traveling the next day.

We were in transit from one day to other and it was a vacation experience so we'll come back again...

Thank you very much for staying with us. They have been difficult times and we are very sorry that you had the setback with the arrival, but part of the changes and in order to keep our staff with the curfew we have made difficult decisions. We hope to see you soon in better circumstances
