Perfect stay for families

Our family of 4 loved our stay at Levent condos. The floor plan was perfect for parents and teens. The first floor walk out to pool was the best. Beautiful grounds, resort style pool and hot tub, cool to see iguanas and birds. A great location across from the beach. Close drive to busier areas for dinners out and shopping. We enjoyed the quiet area the Levent is located in. You can walk to several places to eat as well. You can walk two resorts over and grab a fruit bowl or smoothie from Edwardo’s beach cabana. Our reservation recommendations are to eat at The Barefoot( on the beach) , Moombas( on the beach), Dushi bagel and burgers, - great food. You will need to take a taxi or have your own car for those. If you love great Mexican food, Senor burrito is a very small eatery located in the Citgo gas station lot. Don’t let the location prevent you from this amazing food. Last I would recommend taking the atv tour which includes beautiful scenery, landmarks, cave pool jumping and a crazy bumpy ride. Also a must is the snorkel half day cruise on the island palm catamaran. A shipwreck, turtles, tons of fish to view and buffet lunch that was the best catering I’ve ever seen. Thank Victor for providing such a lovely home base for our trip. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with our kids and we were so happy there. Hope to come back next year.

Overall experience is excellent. Location is perfect. 1 minute to the best beach in Aruba. Apartment is clean, comfortable. Beds are very comfortable too. Check in was smooth as promised. Amazing stay in Aruba

Location of this property is the best, pool is right outside the balcony and the sea is only few steps away. Property is very clean and kitchen well stuffed with pots/pans/ utensils, etc. Just few things to consider: we had a small confusion when entering the gate, we were not sure what information to provide, but all cleared quickly ( I was able to communicate with manager with no problems). Description of the sleeping arrangements on the website can be improved, I thought that sleeper sofa and twin bed are in the same room, but sofa is in the leaving room, it was a bit of an issue, since one of my kids had to sleep in common area. Also, there was the inflatable mattress in master room, that we used instead of sofa bed.

Great Location for Relaxing Getaway

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Just a block from Eagle Beach and enough dining choices nearby for convenience. First floor meant we could walk out the patio door to the pool area. Good response and service from the property manager once we started connecting directly with them via WhatsApp instead of email. Knowing to use WhatsApp from the start would have avoided the initial delays in communication. We requested and were able to stay a few hours past check out for our late day departure flight. There were beach chairs, one float, several pool noodles and a cooler available when we were there. We didn't see these in the listing so perhaps they were left by previous guests rather than provided by the host. Some minor annoyances: shower in the main bathroom was missing the door so water splashed onto the floor; plastic hooks in the same bedroom were all broken so nothing to hang wet towels or clothes on except in the shower stall itself. Could have used instructions on the dishwasher and washer since the symbols were unfamiliar to us and instructions on building entrances and how to use the back gate would have been helpful so we wouldn't have to figure those out ourselves. We picked this condo because it was close to Eagle Beach, literally one block from the back gate of the property. Walked once to Palm Beach area so walking is doable depending on how much of a walker you are. Easy drive or taxi ride otherwise. Overall we had a good time and would recommend.

Best 3 Bedroom by Eagle Beach

Completly enjoyed my stay at Victor’s condo. The three en suites were perfect for me and my family. There’s even a half bath in the common space and the kitchen/living room set up brings everything full circle for a homie retreat. Someone mentioned that the couch needed to be clean. It was clean but we also purchased a couch cover from amazon that worked just find. We stayed for two weeks and was provided all additional accommodations to make our stay stress free. We figured out how to use the appliances on google, took the beach chairs, cooler and floats everywhere we went and loved how close Eagle beach was to the condo. The first floor view was relaxing and made it easy to walk right up to the pool for a quick dip. My husband and I took advantage of the gym and the spa located just doors away. You have to go to the spa. It was absolutely amazing! The location is also ideal. Superfood is the primary grocery store located 5 minutes from the condo. There is also a variety of restaurants with-in walking distance and a local bus that travels up and down the main strip. There were some small maintenance issues that need to be address. I immediately let Victor know and he put in a work order to address our concerns. Someone mentioned that a window in one of the bedrooms was covered in foil because of a light located outside the window. We kept it that way because my aunt loved how dark the room was at night. Other then that, all was good. We had a wonderful time

Annual friends trip!

Overall, our stay was great. Great location a few minutes to the best beach in Aruba! Positives: Beach chairs, cooler, beach towels. Location! Right outside pool Price Daniella the on-site person was amazing anytime we needed something she was there to help! Grocer store nearby Plenty of dishes to cook Inconveniences- This is just our opinion when compared to other condos we have stayed in Aruba : No doors on showers which causes water to puddle on the bathroom floors. Not enough towels for 1 week. There was a washer and dryer which we use but we weren’t 100% sure how to use it since it was in another language. Also the dryer took an extensive amount of time to completely dry. When you have six people in a condo and they all have to wash towels every other day it can be time consuming while on vacation Front spare bedroom- there was no remote for the TV. They did try to find a remote, but they were unable to. The window in the front spare bedroom also has four lights that shine in front hallway lights in the exterior part of the building, which keeps the room bright at night. We ended up putting foil on the window to make it dark as the couple couldn’t sleep with the lights shining in. Couch needs to be cleaned. Victor was great at getting back to us and letting us know these concerns are already being addressed. He was easy to work with and is taking concern’s seriously to make future stays more enjoyable for others.

Overall enjoyed my stay. The bathrooms could have been a bit more tidy (womens hair around) but otherwise clean. Location was great. Biggest complaint was the slow responses from the host. They did allow a late check out but I had to message more than once for them to give me an answer. Would stay again though
