Your children will enjoy our condominium large tropical garden, full of palm trees and flowers. Relax at the open air Shack. You will love doing BBQ on the yard. The Property is surrounded by best restaurants, bars, casino and spa, 5 starts hotels, all within walking distance. Downtown and Rise hotel areas are just 5 minutes drive.

The holiday home features 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a microwave, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 2 1/2 bathroom. A flat-screen TV.

We are located at a walking distance from the most amazing beach of Aruba. You will enjoy the white sand and turquoise sea. Just grab your book, beach chair and cooler and walk to the fun. Then walk back to sit and relax at our great garden and pool. Get the BBQ done in our Caribbean weather. We will give you all tips and arubian secrets.

We are located between downtown and High Rise Hotel, therefore you can ride in less than 10 minutes there, best strategic location. We are surrounded by all attractions, walking distance to best restaurants, bars, casinos, spa and of coarse the beach. Largest supermarket are at 5 minutes drive away. neighborhood is very quite. no street noise.

Here Info and home rules: keep open communication for any issue. Hot Water faucet runs in opposite way than US, must wait 1-2 mins for hot water, keep right mix cold/hot water. Keep windows and doors closed to cool rooms and avoid water condensation. When leaving the place or rooms turn aircos off or changing temp to 27 Celsius, save the planet. Keep noise down after 10:00 pm. No life saver at pool. Eating in bedrooms is forbidden, will bring ants. There are harmless sugar ants when rains. In some seasons could be mosquitoes. USD 50 daily charge for extra guest non booked. Early checking late check-out 50 USD extra when possible Enjoy your stay!

Excellent stay

The property was just as depicted on the website. Nicely furnished, extremely clean. Well located, just a block away from Eagle Beach, one of the best in the world. We could have also stayed around the pool area which was also very nice. The owners greeted us and made us feel welcomed. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. For sure we will return soon for a longer vacation.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, vierwöchigen Aufenthalt auf Aruba. Von unseren Gastgebern, Manuel und Natacha wurden wir persönlich und sehr freundlich empfangen. Uns wurde ein sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment zur Verfügung gestellt in dem wir uns sofort sehr wohl fühlten. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr schönen, grünen und gepflegten Anlage unweit vom Strand. Den vorhanden Pool haben wir gern und sehr oft genutzt. Wir danken unseren Gastgebern sehr herzlich, welche für diesen unvergeßlichen Urlaub wesentlich beigetragen haben. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder. Evelyn und Uwe Pulwer
