PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Experience beautiful sunset views at the Seaside Paradise Two-bedroom condo. This modern condo is located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, the newest luxury vacation rental resort on the island, and is just steps from the famous Eagle Beach of Aruba. The stunning views of the beach and the resort pool & garden can be enjoyed from its balcony complemented with a 4-seat dining table and a lounge chair.

The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, a leather sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat round dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen with washer-dryer and storage facilities. The half bathroom is also located in the living area.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, walk-in closets, a chair, and access to the balcony with superb views. The primary bedroom offers a full modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with incredible views. The second bedroom also offers a full modern en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This unit provides you with 1,325 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the right hallway off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and a double-size sofa-bed.

This unit is adjacent to the Miramar Pleasure Two-bedroom condo (LV308). Ideal for larger groups that would like to be close but still have private condos, total it could sleep up to 12.

THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
