As you walk up the footpath, through the leafy green trees and enter through the doorway, you will feel the calmness and serenity your group is yearning for wash over them instantly.

All four bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.



The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two on the sunny patio accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter.

Located just on the fringe of the CBD, you are an easy 10 minute walk into town where you will find some of Orange's best restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, parks and more.

The property was very welcoming. There was an issue with the front door not locking and the lock box was difficult to close once opened. Very good for pets and walking distance to everything. Could of done with a few minor things like a tea towel. The beds were all doubles. A queen wouldn't of gone a miss.

Superbly located, very clean and rooms were welcoming and gorgeous. Would highly recommend , and would probably revisit. Kitchen facilities need a refresh - pans and electric plugs. One big concern for us was the property being accessed while we were out without prior or post notice - to repair the kitchen sink mixer tap that was very loose - the repair was welcome, but it was a big privacy infringement that made us all feel uncomfortable.
