We booked on a whim and only stayed for one night, but found it to be well above standard for a ‘traditional’ Aussie motel! Great staff, location and tidy renovated rooms made it a great experience. Oh and the beds are so comfortable and the rooms warm for a snowy night!

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to connecting rooms which afforded more privacy. The rooms were clean and looked new. The beds were very comfortable and the heating in the rooms were effective during the cold nights. Bathroom was also heated and had large counter area near the sink. Parking was ample. The only point for improvement is to have mirrors in the bedrooms as the only mirror available was in the bathroom.

It’s clean & comfortable and walking distance to restaurants. There is an Italian restaurant next door. Keep in mind, they do not have a toaster, microwave oven or plates/cutlery which is stated in their website. Overall, it was a pleasant 2 night stay.
