I made reservation for double beds but hotel told me no more double beds room. I have to sleep on folding bed. However there is not blanket or comfort cover. Very bad service. Only one elevator working and nobody helping to move luggage???
Pros: biking and hiking trail nearby; convenient location near airport but not too close so we don't hear full airport noises; easy access from major points of interest; restaurant has excellent food with excellent service; Cons: very noisy if the room is facing the road/highway and opening balcony door to get fresh air. I'm sure it's not as bad on Bay side.
We did not like the fact they charged for WiFi nor did we expect to pay $35 per day for parking Although joining the rewards program saved $10 but we still paid $25 per day

Admittedly, I did not judge the distance from the hotel to the beach very well. Not convenient for a vacation. Costs extra in Uber. Also, on-site parking is very expensive. Staff was great. As expected, a glass of wine was way over priced for the quality. This hotel did not offer an airport shuttle

The staff was incredibly accommodating, however a few issues were difficult. I completely go out of my way to be extra thankful, give above what would ever be expected as a tip for everyone who is putting themselves on the front line. And like I mentioned, the team was great but, there were a few things that were not expected. Everything had additional fees attached like an overcrowded parking area from what looked like "long stay" rental cars taking spaces which made it impossible to find a spot. When I did finally find a spot, it was an extra $30 and they offered no alternative parking. Other items included: It was expressed that internet was complimentary, the gym would be open and that although the restaurant was not open we could order in room service. Of course I did not take this to mean I could order from outside restaurants and have it delivered. Overall the stay was wonderful, I just wanted to give a full description. Most of the charges were reasonable and everything was accommodated.
The suite was a very nice size. Netflix as an option on the TV was an excellent idea.
I liked that the hotel was clean, had a nice view. I did not like that the wifi was not complimentary since I already paid the $33 a day for parking and ate at the restaurant and tipped the cleaning staff and bag boy
